Oh Hello! May I introduce you to your new favorite thing on the internet if you’re either a person who wishes they were a teenager in the mid-60s, and/or loves ’60s pop, soul, garage rock and Ye-Ye french music? Or perhaps - you just really enjoyed “Moonrise Kingdom” like the rest of us normal human beings?

Well the studio has created their own account on 8tracks.com - a website I frequently use to host my own mixes that I make for other people, but share with the internet world. They’ve made a playlist for each character that embodies their personal feel, and I think it’s wonderful and beautiful and completely my new obsession.

So far, my favorite is Cousin Ben (Jason Schwartzman)’s playlist. A surprising amount of ’60s pop and rock.
